What happens if it rains?
We reserve the right to setup for an event if weather conditions prohibit use. We will issue a full refund if weather prevents setup, no questions asked.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes. We require a 10% deposit to secure your spot on the calendar. This will lock your date and time in. You will also have 24 hours from the initial call to make deposit.
How many kids can play at a time
All weight requirements and limits are posted on the equipment. Most of our units hold up to 10 to 12 kids at a time. Please be reminded to follow all instructions on equipment.
What about the report of moon bounce being blowna away in the wind. How do you prevent that?
Here at Castles Float, safety is our number one concern. All of our techs are trained to setup/install inflables. We us a combination of 75lbs/per sand bags and stakes to securly keep our equipment ground. Should wind conditions pick up above 15 miles an hour, it is the responsibility of the renter to remove kids and locate to a safe location.

Do I need power?
Yes. We require that you have a 3 prong outlet at the place of setup. However we do offer generators as a power source should you need one in a place that doesn't have power outlets. These will normally be parks and fields. Generators are an extra $30 fee.
